Bangladesh Upazila Project Implementation Officers Association is a completely non-political organization. The purpose of this association is to ensure job security, achieve all fair opportunities and benefits and try to protect the interests of the members of the association. To improve the economic, social and cultural standards of the members of the association. To increase the knowledge of the responsibilities of the members, the standard of work efficiency, love for the country and its people and the desire to serve. If any member of the association or council faces any difficulty for any reason, to help him as an association and try to protect his fair interests and rights. 

To establish cooperation and proximity with the employee associations of different departments and maintain mutual understanding in work. To develop a cooperative attitude among the members of the association and form cooperative associations. To help the distressed members of the association or their families. To arrange entertainment for the members of the association. To collectively help the distressed people during national disasters through moral, financial and voluntary work and to form a welfare trust for the benefit of the association's officers and employees.
